If you’ve ever tried to balance clamps and a panel while applying edging, you know it can be a challenge. Especially when the clamps tip over. That’s why I built these stands for my bar clamps.
The lower part of the stand has an oversized slot that holds the bar clamp upright. The top portion of the stand has a mating slot. This piece is sized to support the workpiece at the level of the clamp head. Now I can easily get all the parts for the panel aligned before I tighten the clamps.
